C.O.L.A. SpotlightCongratulations to all COLA District Swimmers

COLA Swimmers traveled to Baton Rouge to compete in the LA District Champioship Meet this past weekend. COLA came away with 4 new State Team Members with 2 new qualifying times and 5 event wins! Congratulations to all COLA District Team Members on a great meet. We had several best times and great races. Not only that but swimmers and parents had great team spirit and a lot of fun!

COLA Has a Great 2010 Memphis bus Trip!

COLA recently traveled with over 30 swimmers by bus to Memphis, TN for the 2010 Gabrielle Rose Invitational. Not only did we have a great time, but we had some great swims and great racing too! Thanks to all parents who attended for all of yCOLA Has a Great 2010 Memphis bus Trip!

Practice Cancellation
Reminder there will be no practice Thursday March 11th through Saturday March 13th for any group due to the State Championship Meet in New Orleans. Regular practice will resume Monday the 15th.

Good Luck to All Swimmers Attending- we are looking forward to a great meet. Competition begins on Thursday and ends Sunday night. COLA is bringing over 50 swimmers to compete in relays and individual events.GO COLA!!!!!!!!!!!!
