September 9 High School Meet Results

Thanks to all coaches, swimmers, and parents for another great high school meet. Congratulations to all teams on a job well done! Special Congratulations to AES for winning the girls side, St. Louis for winning the boys, and St. Louis for winning the overall combined. COLA Takes 6th Place at 2014 LC State Championship Meet

COLA had a fantastic state meet, placing 6th. COLA swimmers, parents, and coaches, also took home the Spirit and Sportsmanship Award for the meet! Congratulations to all COLA Swimmers on a job well done!

COLA Takes Second Place at Shreveport Meet!

COLA had a great meet in Shreveport at the Damon McCoy Invite placing 2nd out of 21 teams! We had several swimmers swim to personal best times and saw some great racing from all of our COLA swimmers in the pool.

Special Congratulations to Victoria Barczyk for winning the Iron Woman Award for her friday night performances in the distance events.

COLA brings Eleven Swimmers to Sectional Championships

COLA had eleven swimmers qualify to swim in the 2014 Speedo Sectional Championship Meet in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

COLA Alumni Becomes NCAA Division II Champion

COLA Alumni Meridith Boudreaux wins NCAA Division II Nationals in the mile. Meridith swims for the Queen's Royals. Way to go Meridith!

Seven COLA Swimmers Chosen to represent Louisiana in Mississippi Louisiana All Star Meet

Seven COLA Swimmers were chosen to represent COLA in the 14 and under Mississippi/ Louisiana All Star Meet in Jackson, Mississippi. All Swimmers had great races and Louisiana won the meet! Congratulations to all!

COLA Swimmers Shine at the State Championships

State Meet was a huge success for COLA. We finished 6th overall while taking home the Spirit and Sportsmanship Award! We had four new SECTIONAL qualifiers and six swimmers make the Louisiana ALL-STAR Team that will compete in Jackson, MS March 22!

COLA Swimmers Perform Well at Districts

We had a terrific showing from our swimmers that attended the District meet in Baton Rouge! We had six swimmers qualify for the State meet and many others swam lifetime best times in numerous events.

COLA Bus Trip a Huge Success!
COLA's 1st ever Day Bus Trip was a huge success. We had great team bonding, great racing, and tons of fun. A huge thank you to Tiger Aquatics at LSU for hosting us for the dual meet! We hope all of our parents enjoyed a much deserved day off! See below for the bus trip photo album!

Year Round Swimming Registration Now Open- Back to School Kick off Clinic
If you are interested in Year Round Swimming- now is the time to try it out.

We will kick of year round swimming with a clinic week the week of August 12th. The clinic will go Tuesday through Friday. We will do drills and different strokes each day. This is a great time to bring a friend who may interested or wants to try out COLA--this is the time to come! This will be at the indoor pool off of Eraste Landry.
*Clinic Times: Tuesday through Friday
5:00-6:00 11 and older swimmers
6:00-7:00 10 and under swimmers.

We invite you to come out and try it out. You do not have to come to every day of the clinic and you do not have to call to sign up- just come on out and try it!
