Blue Group Practice Times

Begining Monday August 18th
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 6:00-7:00pm

Orange Group Practice Times

Begining Monday August 18th
PreSenior:
Monday through Friday 4:00-6:00pm
*Bring your running shoes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

To move up to the Orange Group:
*Attend practice weekly and consistently
*Show a level of dedication to competion
*Have completed a 50 of each stoke in a meet as well as a 200 free in a meet.
*Once a member of the orange group see Coach Sarah for individual practice requirements.

Senior Group Practice Times

Begining Monday August 18th
Monday through Friday 4:15-6:30 Earl J. Chris
Saturday Practice: 8:30-10:30 Swim Dryland Earl J. Chris Pool

Tuesday and Thursdays: Advanced lifters 5:00am-6:00am @ Reds

*Always bring running shoes to dry land workouts and lifting
*Make up practice-SUNDAY---TBA

To Move up to the Senior Group:
*Attend practice at least three times a week in the Orange Group.
* Show a high level of dedication.
*Be 13 years old and be able to hold 10 x100's on the 1:30 or
Be in any age and be able to hold 10x 100's on the 1:25
*Have completed a 100 of each stroke, a 200 IM, and 500 free in a meet.
* Once a member of the Senior Group see Coach Colleen for individual practice requirements.
