COLA Year Round Swimming

If your swimmer is interested in joining year round swimming we have a lot of flexible options for them to be a part of COLA Swimming. We have a try it out day on August 6th from 6:00-7:00 and on August 7th from 6:00-7:00.
We also have a clinic August 11th-14th- This clinic is for the whole team and anyone new who is interested. This is a great time to try out COLA and year round swimming! We will work on technique, drills, and more!. Swimmers in all groups please plan to attend.
Clinic times are:
4:30-5:30 for 12 and over swimmers and
5:30-6:30 for 11 and under swimmers.

Smiles for Swimmers Program

COLA and Balhoff Orthodontics announce new "Smiles for Swimmers" Program! Help support COLA and smile more in return! With this “Smiles for Swimmers” program,Coach Donald will donate $100 to COLA for every COLA swimmer that starts orthodontic treatment with his office.
