During the months of June and July, COLA will offer a Summer Swim Team for independent swimmers ages 4–18.
This program is a great opportunity for swimmers to: • Try the sport of competitive swimming • Continue swimming after Middle School season • Prepare for High School swim season (Aug - Nov) • Stay active and have fun in a team environment Swimming is a great sport that builds confidence, discipline, and lifelong friendships.

We are excited to welcome Middle School Swimmers and Families to the pool for the 2026 season. Swimmers of all levels and backgrounds who can swim independently are welcome to join. COLA Year Round Swimming If your swimmer is interested in joining year round swimming we have a lot of flexible options for them to be a part of COLA Swimming.
