Middle School Swimming The 2026 Middle School Swimming Season begins with practices March 9th! We are excited to welcome Middle School Swimmers and Families to the pool for the 2026 season. Swimmers of all levels and backgrounds who can swim independently are welcome to join. Visit our Middle School Swimming Page for more information! COLA Year Round Swimming If your swimmer is interested in joining year round swimming we have a lot of flexible options for them to be a part of COLA Swimming.
